Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Concentrix Branding Assistant with a strong focus on Digital Identity to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position (Work From Home) and offers an excellent opportunity for an individual passionate about building and maintaining brand presence in the digital space. You will play a crucial role in supporting our branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms, and contributing to the evolution of our digital identity. This role requires an eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of digital trends and branding principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of digital branding strategies and guidelines.
- Support the management and consistency of Concentrix's brand identity across all digital touchpoints, including website, social media, email campaigns, and online content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitor digital strategies, and best practices in digital branding and identity.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure all digital assets align with brand standards.
- Help monitor and report on digital brand performance metrics and engagement.
- Support the creation of engaging digital content (e.g., social media posts, blog snippets, website copy) that reinforces brand messaging.
- Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, ensuring easy access and proper usage of brand elements.
- Assist in responding to online brand mentions and maintaining a positive brand reputation online.
Required Skills
- Proven understanding of branding principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficiency with digital content creation tools and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics concepts.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
