Job Description
Are you passionate about the ever-evolving world of digital media and eager to kickstart your career working with Google’s powerful platforms? We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Online Google Associate to join our growing digital media team. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ digital advertising strategies. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong desire to learn, a keen eye for detail, and an interest in data-driven decision making. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop your expertise in Google’s advertising ecosystem, setting you on a path for a successful career in digital media.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, launch, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Shopping networks.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
- Generate performance reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to senior team members.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through Google Analytics and other measurement tools.
- Collaborate with content, SEO, and social media teams to ensure integrated digital strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions as required.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all campaign-related tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
