As a Beginner Online Transcriptionist, you will be responsible for accurately converting audio and video recordings into written text. Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video files into accurate written text, strictly adhering to specified guidelines and formatting.
- Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure grammatical correctness, spelling, punctuation, and overall clarity.
- Meet daily and weekly transcription deadlines with high quality and consistency.
- Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all transcribed content and client information.
- Utilize designated transcription software and tools efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding any challenges or clarifications needed for audio files.
Required Skills
- Exceptional listening comprehension skills.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- High typing speed (minimum 50 WPM) and accuracy.
- Proficiency in basic computer usage and internet navigation.

Preferred Qualifications
