Job Description

We are seeking an exceptionally organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. This unique role requires extensive international travel, serving as the CEO’s right hand in both professional and personal capacities across diverse global locations. The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable individual with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of managing complex itineraries, communications, and personal affairs with the utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate complex international and domestic travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa applications.
  • Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and personal engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Act as a primary liaison, managing communications and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare comprehensive travel itineraries, briefing materials, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Handle all personal errands, appointments, and household management tasks as required, ensuring seamless operation.
  • Process expense reports, manage budgets, and reconcile credit card statements with meticulous accuracy.
  • Provide administrative support for various projects, research tasks, and special initiatives.
  • Ensure confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information at all times.
  • Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues, often under pressure and in fast-changing environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant to a senior executive or high-net-worth individual
  • Experience with international travel planning and logistics
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages
  • Experience in crisis management or adapting to unforeseen circumstances while traveling
