Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, and verify incoming pharmacy product shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
  • Organize and stock medications and supplies in designated storage areas, ensuring proper rotation and storage conditions.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Assist in identifying and removing expired or damaged products from shelves.
  • Prepare outgoing inventory for transfer or return, adhering to established procedures.
  • Utilize inventory management software to track stock movements and generate reports.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the pharmacy inventory area.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure efficient workflow and product availability.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
