Key Responsibilities
- Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications.
- Accurately input prescription information into the pharmacy system.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, stocking, and organizing medications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Process patient transactions, including cash handling and insurance billing.
- Learn and comply with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Support the pharmacy team in daily operations to ensure efficient service.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
- Willingness to learn and commit to a paid training program

- Previous customer service experience
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
