Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for social media and impeccable written communication skills? We are seeking a dedicated Pinterest Inbox Manager to join our remote team. In this 100% Work From Home role, you will be the primary point of contact for our client’s Pinterest community, managing all inbound messages and comments. Your mission will be to maintain a positive brand image, provide exceptional support, and foster engagement through thoughtful and timely written correspondence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to all incoming messages, comments, and inquiries across assigned Pinterest accounts promptly and professionally.
  • Draft clear, concise, and on-brand responses that address user questions, provide helpful information, and resolve concerns.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues, potential crises, or common user feedback trends to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of client products, services, and brand guidelines to ensure accurate and consistent communication.
  • Collaborate with social media strategists and content creators to provide insights from community interactions and suggest content improvements.
  • Track and report on key engagement metrics, common inquiry types, and resolution times.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for community engagement and positive brand interactions.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional written communication and grammar skills in English (US English).
  • Proven ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Strong understanding of the Pinterest platform, including its features and community dynamics.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • High level of empathy and customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, community management, or customer service, preferably in a digital marketing agency or brand environment.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite) is a plus.
  • Background in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote team environment.
