Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Pinterest Influencer Manager with a keen eye for creative talent to join our dynamic marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with top-tier Pinterest influencers whose content aligns with the Dollar Tree brand and product offerings. You will develop and execute compelling Pinterest influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, traffic and sales. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the Pinterest platform and influencer ecosystem. You will be instrumental in shaping our visual storytelling on Pinterest and expanding our reach to new audiences through authentic and engaging collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Pinterest influencer strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify, vet, and recruit a diverse portfolio of Pinterest influencers, content creators, and tastemakers.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring brand guidelines and campaign goals are met.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns from brief development to content review, approval, and performance tracking.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal creative, social media, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data, provide insights, and generate reports on ROI.
- Manage influencer budgets and ensure campaigns are executed within financial parameters.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically with Pinterest.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and nurture creative talent.
- Strong understanding of the Pinterest platform, analytics, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficiency in campaign management and analytical tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
