Job Description
Etsy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pinterest Project Coordinator with a strong business focus to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates across the United States. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and optimizing our Pinterest strategy, ensuring all campaigns align with our business objectives and drive measurable results. You will work closely with marketing, creative, and analytics teams to execute Pinterest initiatives, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual platforms, a solid understanding of e-commerce, and a proven ability to coordinate complex projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of Pinterest marketing campaigns, from planning and content creation to execution and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, analytics) to develop compelling Pinterest content and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor Pinterest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to inform strategy and identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Manage Pinterest ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bid management, and performance optimization.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all Pinterest assets and initiatives.
- Conduct competitive analysis on Pinterest to identify market gaps and opportunities for differentiation.
- Assist in the development of long-term Pinterest growth strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or digital marketing, with a focus on social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience managing Pinterest for business, including organic and paid strategies.
- Proficiency in Pinterest analytics and reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and digital marketing funnels.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
