Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update policyholder information and policy details into our proprietary database system.
- Perform regular data quality checks and identify discrepancies, ensuring data integrity.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital policy records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including scanning, filing, and document management.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
