Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and motivated Production Warehouse Worker to join our manufacturing support team in Midtown, Sacramento. This entry-level position is crucial for maintaining the smooth flow of our production operations by ensuring materials are handled correctly, inventory is managed efficiently, and the warehouse environment remains organized and safe. Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and production areas using various equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Stage raw materials and finished products for production lines or shipment.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock rotation to ensure product freshness and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as required, following standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or quality concerns.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
