Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Remote Digital Assistant with a flair for social media and administrative tasks to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our marketing and operational departments, ensuring smooth digital communications and efficient daily workflows. You will be instrumental in managing social media content, responding to customer inquiries, scheduling, and providing general administrative support, all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, Pinterest) under guidance.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and customer feedback.
  • Respond to social media comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in creating engaging text, image, and video content for social media posts.
  • Perform administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising digital files.
  • Conduct online research and compile reports as needed.
  • Support email communications and manage customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain an organised digital workspace and contribute to process improvements.
