Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Remote Game Sorter with a strong focus on database and records management to join our dynamic team. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for accurately classifying, categorizing, and organizing an extensive library of game-related information, ensuring data integrity within our proprietary database systems. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for maintaining high-quality digital records. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our game catalog and related data are always up-to-date, accurate, and easily retrievable.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, categorize, and classify game titles, genres, platforms, and other metadata into the company database.
- Perform regular data entry and updates to ensure the most current information is reflected in all records.
- Conduct quality control checks on existing database entries to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
- Maintain strict adherence to data governance policies and procedures for consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with content and data teams to understand evolving classification standards and update records accordingly.
- Generate reports on data status and progress as required.
- Assist in the development and refinement of data entry guidelines and best practices.
