Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Streaming Support Consultant to join our global customer service team. This is a full-time, 100% remote position where you will be instrumental in ensuring our members have a seamless and enjoyable streaming experience. You will be the first point of contact for technical and account-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and resolving issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for streaming issues across various devices and platforms (Smart TVs, mobile devices, gaming consoles, web browsers).
- Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, password resets, and subscription management.
- Educate members on Netflix features, functionalities, and content library.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with patience and clarity.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with new product features, service updates, and common technical issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot a wide range of devices and software.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a remote customer support or technical support role.
