Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests on the sales floor, providing friendly and efficient service.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including returns and exchanges.
- Replenish merchandise, maintain clean and organized sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and processing shipments.
- Ensure store standards are met, including cleanliness, signage, and product presentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer service role (retail or hospitality is a plus)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
