Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our Chipotle family in Cincinnati, OH. As a Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, preparing our delicious food, and maintaining a clean and inviting restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food quickly and accurately according to Chipotle's standards and recipes.
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service, taking orders, and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
