Job Description

Are you passionate about the latest tech gadgets and have a keen eye for detail? Best Buy is looking for a discreet and observant individual to join our team as a Tech Store Secret Shopper. This high-hourly, part-time role offers a unique opportunity to evaluate the customer experience in our retail locations, focusing specifically on the display, availability, and sales associate knowledge of cutting-edge consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discreet shopping visits to assigned Best Buy retail locations.
  • Rigorously evaluate the overall customer service experience, from greeting to checkout.
  • Assess the merchandising, display quality, and stock availability of the latest tech gadgets and products.
  • Engage with sales associates, posing as a regular customer, to evaluate their product knowledge, helpfulness, and sales approach regarding new technology.
  • Accurately document observations and interactions using our reporting system.
  • Submit detailed and timely reports, including feedback on store environment, staff attentiveness, and product presentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all guidelines and scenarios provided for each shopping assignment.
