Job Description
Join Teleperformance as a Community Engagement Specialist in a 100% Remote Work From Home (WFH) role. You will be instrumental in cultivating positive and active online communities for our clients, acting as the primary point of contact for community members. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for fostering a supportive digital environment. You will monitor discussions, respond to inquiries, moderate content, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and moderate online communities, forums, and social media platforms to ensure adherence to community guidelines and standards.
- Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback within the community space.
- Identify, analyze, and escalate critical issues, emerging trends, and sentiment to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Actively foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging community environment through proactive interactions and content initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including client services, marketing, and technical support, to ensure consistent messaging and efficient issue resolution.
- Develop and implement engagement strategies to encourage active participation and organic community growth.
- Prepare and present reports on community activity, engagement metrics, sentiment analysis, and key performance indicators.
- Stay updated on industry trends, community management best practices, and new social media features.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, enabling effective interaction with diverse community members.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Proficiency with various social media platforms, online forums, and community management tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (2+ years) in a community management, social media management, or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with Teleperformance's service offerings and the diverse industries we serve.
- Experience with CRM software and analytical tools used for community engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
