Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote HR Assistant with a strong focus on online recruitment to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to our global talent acquisition efforts from anywhere. You will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by managing various administrative tasks related to the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around leveraging online platforms for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the full cycle of online recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Post job openings on various online platforms, job boards, and social media channels.
- Screen resumes and applications for basic qualifications and relevance.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers using virtual tools.
- Manage and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare and send out recruitment-related communications, such as interview confirmations and rejection letters.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and report generation.
- Research and identify new online recruitment strategies and platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role (1+ year).
- Strong proficiency with online recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience with a specific Applicant Tracking System (e.g., Workday, Taleo, Greenhouse).
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment law.
- Experience working in a fast-paced BPO or large corporate environment.
