Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally professional and dedicated Terminal Liaison Chauffeur to join our elite team in Jacksonville, FL. This pivotal role is ideal for an individual with a passion for delivering five-star guest services, ensuring seamless ground transportation, and providing a sophisticated and safe travel experience. The Terminal Liaison Chauffeur will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients at various transportation hubs, assisting with luggage, coordinating timely pick-ups and drop-offs, and chauffeuring them to their destinations in luxury vehicles. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, impeccable driving skills, strong communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to discretion and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport clients to and from airports, private terminals, hotels, and other designated locations in Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
- Act as a professional and welcoming liaison at airport terminals, private FBOs, and other points of arrival, greeting clients with a personalized and courteous approach.
- Assist clients with luggage handling, ensuring secure and careful transfer to and from vehicles.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, performing pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Monitor flight schedules, traffic conditions, and communicate proactively with dispatch and clients regarding any potential delays or changes.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Provide discreet, confidential, and highly professional service to all clients, upholding the highest standards of etiquette.
- Anticipate client needs and provide an exceptional level of personalized service to enhance their travel experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the premium brand image of Carey International.
Required Skills
- Valid State Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or high-end transportation experience.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating Jacksonville and surrounding areas, including knowledge of major routes, traffic patterns, and airport layouts.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Discretion and ability to maintain client confidentiality.
- Physical ability to assist with luggage and maintain vehicles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with VIP clients, corporate executives, or in luxury hospitality environments.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Familiarity with in-car technology and navigation systems.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced chauffeur training.
