Job Description

We’re seeking observant and reliable individuals to join our team as a Ticket Office Secret Shopper. In this crucial role, you will anonymously evaluate the customer experience at various concert and event ticket offices. Key Responsibilities

  • Anonymously visit assigned concert and event ticket offices as a regular customer.
  • Engage with ticket office staff according to specific scenarios and guidelines.
  • Observe and evaluate the entire customer service interaction, including greeting, product knowledge, efficiency, and problem resolution.
  • Assess the physical environment of the ticket office for cleanliness, signage, and accessibility.
  • Accurately complete detailed online reports after each visit, providing objective feedback and specific examples.
