Job Description
Are you a beauty enthusiast with a flair for creating viral TikTok content? Sephora is seeking a dynamic TikTok Content Manager to lead our short-form video strategy in the beauty space. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok content strategy aligned with Sephora's brand identity and marketing goals.
- Concept, script, film, and edit engaging short-form video content specifically for TikTok, showcasing beauty products, tutorials, trends, and lifestyle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and features, and integrate them creatively into content.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, social media) to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns and product launches.
- Monitor TikTok performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize future content strategy.
- Engage with the TikTok community, respond to comments, and foster a positive brand presence.
- Identify and explore opportunities for influencer collaborations and user-generated content.
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedule.
Required Skills
- Proven experience creating viral or highly engaging content on TikTok
- Deep understanding of TikTok's platform, algorithms, trends, and best practices
