Key Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
- Help individuals participate in community activities and appointments.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and any observed changes.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and organizational policies.
- Participate actively in all required training and development programs.
