Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced VIP Transport Specialist with a strong focus on luxury SUV operations to join our elite team in Atlanta. This role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet chauffeured transportation services to our distinguished clientele, including corporate executives, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a thorough understanding of luxury vehicle operation, impeccable customer service, and an unwavering commitment to professionalism and client confidentiality. You will be responsible for maintaining our fleet of luxury SUVs to the highest standards and ensuring every client experience is seamless and exceptional.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury SUVs safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
- Provide punctual and reliable transportation services for VIP clients, often with dynamic schedules.
- Maintain the cleanliness and pristine condition of assigned luxury vehicles, performing pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Plan optimal routes, considering traffic patterns, road conditions, and client preferences, utilizing advanced navigation tools.
- Assist clients with luggage and provide a courteous and comfortable experience.
- Ensure strict adherence to client confidentiality and exercise utmost discretion at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients, managing schedule changes gracefully.
- Represent Dav El | BostonCoach with the highest level of professionalism and decorum.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to trips, including accurate record-keeping and expense reporting.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional chauffeur or executive driving experience.
- Impeccable driving record with no accidents or violations.
- Exceptional knowledge of Atlanta metropolitan area roads and traffic patterns.
- Proficiency in operating luxury SUVs (e.g., Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz GLS, Lincoln Navigator).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license with appropriate endorsements (if required by local regulations).
- Customer service orientation with a keen eye for detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience specifically serving VIP, executive, or celebrity clientele.
- Defensive driving certification or advanced driving course completion.
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of private aviation protocols and FBO operations.
