Job Description
Are you passionate about customer success and eager to contribute to the growth of innovative SaaS products? Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team, focusing on key SaaS projects. In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their SaaS investments, and ultimately driving customer retention and satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and a diverse portfolio of clients from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of assigned SaaS clients, fostering strong relationships.
- Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and effective adoption of the SaaS platform.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions can help achieve them.
- Monitor client health, identify potential churn risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions to maximize client engagement and product utilization.
- Gather client feedback and collaborate with product development teams to advocate for client needs and feature requests.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Assist clients with basic technical queries and escalate complex issues to appropriate support teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account status in CRM systems.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., Customer Service, Account Management, Sales Support), preferably within a technology or SaaS environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to client management.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with specific SaaS platforms or industry-specific software.
- Certifications in Customer Success management or related fields.
- Proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction or retention targets.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural team.
