Job Description

Are you passionate about helping people and eager to kickstart a career in tech support? Spectrum is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Virtual Cable/Internet Support Representatives. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, step-by-step training to ensure you have all the knowledge and tools you need to succeed. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them troubleshoot technical issues related to their cable and internet services from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for Spectrum's cable, internet, and voice services via phone, chat, or email.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity.
  • Educate customers on product features, services, and self-help options to enhance their experience.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and service offerings.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Dedicated home workspace free from distractions with a reliable high-speed internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.).
  • Familiarity with cable, internet, or telecommunications technology.
