In this fully remote role, you will be a vital part of our team, guiding users through our virtual health platforms and connecting them with resources. Key Responsibilities
- Provide empathetic and encouraging support to individuals utilizing our virtual health coaching platform.
- Assist users with technical navigation of the virtual health platform, troubleshooting common issues.
- Facilitate communication between clients and certified health coaches or other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor client progress and engagement, escalating concerns to senior coaches as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing follow-ups for virtual consultations.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching support skills.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our virtual health programs and user experience.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare support, or a call center environment.
- Familiarity with health and wellness concepts or a passion for healthy living.
- Post-secondary education in a health-related field (e.g., Kinesiology, Nutrition, Psychology) is a plus but not required.
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
