Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Recommend and sell suitable holiday packages, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other ancillary travel products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, and best travel practices.
- Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the travel industry or selling travel products.
- Familiarity with various travel destinations and global geography.
- Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French).
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
