Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel needs and preferences.
  • Recommend and sell suitable holiday packages, flights, accommodation, car rentals, and other ancillary travel products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, travel restrictions, and best travel practices.
  • Process bookings, manage reservations, and handle payment transactions accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
  • Stay updated on travel industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers, CRM software, and online communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the travel industry or selling travel products.
  • Familiarity with various travel destinations and global geography.
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field.
