Key Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Accurately select products from warehouse shelves based on pick lists or voice commands.
- Verify product quantities and ensure items are undamaged before staging for shipment.
- Build and wrap secure pallets according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Participate in inventory counts and contribute to overall warehouse efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy items regularly (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an order selector, picker, or warehouse associate.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- High school diploma or GED.
