Job Description

Join Amazon as a WFH Delivery Support – Remote Logistics Aide for our seasonal surge! Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track delivery statuses, identifying and reporting potential delays or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with delivery partners and internal teams to resolve logistical discrepancies.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding package whereabouts and estimated delivery times.
  • Assist with data entry and administrative tasks related to shipment processing and inventory management.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders regarding delivery operations.
  • Support the optimization of delivery routes and schedules through data analysis.
