Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Order Processor to join our fast-paced retail team. This fully remote position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders from placement through to fulfillment. You will be responsible for accurately entering order details, verifying product availability, coordinating with inventory and shipping departments, and resolving any order-related discrepancies. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent problem-solving skills, and is committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction while working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process a high volume of customer orders through our internal systems.
- Verify order details, product availability, and customer information.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, delays, or issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor and track orders, providing updates as needed.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping errors, or customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all order processing activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures for data privacy and order security.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
