Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians and stylists in the preparation, customisation, and maintenance of wigs and hairpieces.
- Learn and apply various techniques for styling, cutting, and fitting hair systems tailored to individual client needs.
- Support client consultations, ensuring a sensitive and confidential approach to their unique situations.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and sterile workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Process and handle inventory of materials and finished products.
- Provide empathetic support and clear communication to clients under supervision.
