Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Part-time Conference Host to manage weekend corporate events at our Fullerton location. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to event coordination. You will be the face of our corporate events, ensuring smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and a memorable experience for all attendees. This role is perfect for individuals looking for flexible weekend work with a reputable hospitality brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome event attendees, directing them to appropriate areas.
  • Manage registration desks and assist with attendee check-in and information dissemination.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, facilities, and services.
  • Anticipate and respond to the needs of event organizers and attendees promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor event spaces for cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Assist with basic audiovisual setup and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Coordinate with catering and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex problems to management.
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Assist with event tear-down and clean-up activities when required.
