Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and driven Music Retail Sales Associate to join our Long Beach team. If you have a love for music and enjoy helping others discover their sound, this is the perfect opportunity for you. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product selections, and contributing to a dynamic and engaging retail environment. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their musical needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice and product demonstrations across various instruments and equipment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing options.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, pricing, and merchandising.
- Stay up-to-date with new products, promotions, and industry trends.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and store goals.
Required Skills
- Strong passion for music and musical instruments.

- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 25 lbs.
