Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Netflix Professional to join our dynamic team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing content engagement and user experience within the US market, leveraging your deep understanding of the Netflix platform and user behavior. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze viewer data and market trends to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience growth.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance user engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics, prepare detailed reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and articulate user needs and pain points to inform product development and content acquisition.
- Stay abreast of competitive landscapes and emerging trends in the streaming industry.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall platform usability and accessibility.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Netflix's content catalog, features, and user experience.
- Participate in A/B testing initiatives and evaluate results to drive informed decisions.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field within the entertainment or tech industry.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of streaming platforms, digital content, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
