Job Description
Caesars Entertainment is seeking a meticulous and vigilant Electronic Gaming Auditor to join our night shift team in Memphis, TN. This critical role focuses on ensuring the integrity, compliance, and accuracy of electronic gaming operations within our arcade and casino environments. As an Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of gaming systems, transactions, and procedures during overnight hours to prevent fraud, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies. This position requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive audits of electronic gaming machines, systems, and related transactions.
- Verify the accuracy of gaming revenue, payouts, and jackpot documentation.
- Monitor and report on compliance with all federal, state, and local gaming regulations and internal controls.
- Investigate and document any unusual activities, discrepancies, or potential instances of fraud.
- Review and reconcile daily gaming reports and electronic data.
- Ensure all arcade and casino gaming equipment is operating correctly and securely.
- Collaborate with security, surveillance, and gaming operations teams to address and resolve issues.
- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all audit activities and findings.
- Work consistently on the night shift, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail during overnight operations.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

- Ability to work the night shift (e.g., 10 PM – 6 AM or similar hours).
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in auditing, finance, or a regulatory compliance role, particularly within the gaming or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and internal control frameworks.
- Experience with gaming specific software or audit tools.
