Job Description

Join Google’s innovative team in Kitchener as an Industrial Robotics Annotator with a focus on Computer Vision. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously labeling and annotating large datasets of image and video data for our advanced robotics and computer vision systems. Your work will directly impact the development and training of machine learning models that enable robots to perceive, understand, and interact with complex industrial environments. This position requires keen attention to detail, a strong aptitude for understanding visual data, and a passion for contributing to cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately label and annotate images and video frames, identifying objects, semantic segments, and key points relevant to industrial robotics applications.
  • Categorize and tag data according to predefined guidelines and specifications for computer vision models.
  • Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to understand data requirements and improve annotation quality.
  • Provide feedback on annotation tool features and workflow efficiencies.
  • Maintain high levels of data quality and consistency, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Identify and report any anomalies or inconsistencies in the raw data.
