Job Description
Join the Target team as a Part-time Warehouse Team Member in our busy distribution center located in Laguna West, Elk Grove. This flexible role is perfect for individuals looking for consistent work with varying shifts to fit their schedule. You will be an integral part of our logistics operation, ensuring products are accurately received, stored, and prepared for shipment to Target stores and guests. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments with accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound shipping to retail stores or direct-to-guest.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently after proper training and certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Preferred Qualifications
