Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Survey Panel Manager to join our remote team. This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow our online survey panels, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality respondents for various market research projects. You will be instrumental in maintaining panel health, driving participant engagement, and upholding data integrity. This role offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance work and personal commitments effectively, while contributing to critical consumer insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and health of multiple online survey panels.
  • Develop and implement strategies for panel recruitment, retention, and re-engagement.
  • Monitor panel demographics and ensure representative sampling for various research needs.
  • Manage communication with panel members, including newsletters, incentives, and support queries.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure high data integrity and respondent authenticity.
  • Collaborate with project managers and research teams to understand respondent requirements for new studies.
  • Analyze panel performance metrics and report on key indicators such as response rates, attrition, and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices for online panel management and data privacy regulations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to panel platforms and participant access.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in online panel management, community management, or market research operations.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow online communities or panels.
  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies and data quality principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote, flexible environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with panel management software or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with market research software (e.g., Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Experience with A/B testing or optimization strategies for engagement.
