Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support for Google Analytics-related queries from clients and internal teams.

- Generate standard and custom reports, extracting key insights for client review.
- Support data quality assurance activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of analytics data.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to continually enhance Google Analytics expertise.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to understand client requirements and project scopes.
- Document support processes, common issues, and resolutions to build a knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
