Key Responsibilities
- Engage proactively with customers in the branch to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and provide accurate information about Chase products and services.
- Educate customers on various banking options, including savings, checking, credit cards, and digital tools.
- Identify opportunities to refer customers to specialists for more complex financial needs (e.g., mortgages, investments).
- Maintain a deep understanding of all Chase products and services, as well as relevant compliance regulations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
- Process cash and check transactions with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance banking knowledge and skills.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve sales and service goals.
