Job Description
As an Electronic Arts Recruitment Aide with a focus on Sourcing Talent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global talent acquisition efforts. You will work closely with our experienced recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent for various roles across our diverse gaming studios and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities
- Assist recruiters in identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates, articulating EA's employer value proposition and specific role opportunities.
- Maintain and update candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the scheduling of interviews and coordination of candidate communications.
- Research industry trends, competitor talent landscapes, and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Generate reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to understand specific hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the talent acquisition process.

- Passion for the gaming industry and knowledge of Electronic Arts' titles.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
