Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated WFH Information Processor to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This fully remote position is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our supply chain data, ensuring smooth operations and reliable reporting. You will be responsible for processing a variety of information, managing databases, and supporting logistics activities from the comfort of your home office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a high degree of accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update data into various supply chain management systems and databases.
- Verify data for errors and discrepancies, ensuring high data quality and consistency.
- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data for analysis and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding data-related inquiries.
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of digital records and documentation.
- Identify and escalate issues related to data integrity or system performance.
- Adhere to company policies and data security protocols.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data processing workflows.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with data entry and information processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
- Familiarity with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, custom TMS).
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes.
