Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Support Specialist for a 100% written work, non-voice role. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through digital channels, including email, chat, and internal ticketing systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel at written communication and problem-solving, without the need for phone interactions. You will be a vital part of our customer success team, ensuring our clients receive prompt, accurate, and professional assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and internal messaging platforms.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
- Identify and recommend potential improvements to existing support processes and tools.
- Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
- Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and common customer issues.
Required Skills
