Job Description
Are you meticulous, observant, and enjoy providing valuable feedback? Secret Shopper® is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Professional Mystery Shoppers in Oklahoma City and surrounding suburbs. This is a contract-based role offering incredible flexibility to fit around your existing commitments. As a Mystery Shopper, you will visit various businesses – including retail stores, restaurants, service centers, and more – acting as a regular customer. Your task will be to evaluate the quality of service, cleanliness, product availability, and adherence to company standards, then accurately report your findings online. This role is perfect for someone looking for supplementary income, a flexible work schedule, and the opportunity to make a real impact on customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping assignments at various businesses as directed, following specific client guidelines.
- Observe and evaluate customer service, product presentation, store cleanliness, and employee interactions.
- Interact with staff in a natural manner while discreetly gathering required information.
- Purchase items or utilize services as specified in the assignment brief, retaining receipts when necessary.
- Complete detailed and objective online reports within 24-48 hours of each shop, providing clear and concise feedback.
- Adhere strictly to all client instructions and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all assignment details and client information.
Required Skills
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for clear and concise reporting.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and remember specific details.
- Access to a computer with internet and basic computer proficiency.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within various suburbs of Oklahoma City.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality.
