Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Luxury Shuttle Driver with a specific focus on airport-to-resort transfers. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing an impeccable travel experience for our discerning clients. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers in luxury vehicles, ensuring their comfort, punctuality, and satisfaction. This role requires exceptional driving skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients between airports and luxury resorts, following scheduled itineraries.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain the cleanliness and immaculate presentation of luxury vehicles before, during, and after each trip.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in optimal operating condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, anticipating client needs where possible.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or issues.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and records as required.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in professional driving, preferably in a luxury or executive transport setting.
- Excellent knowledge of local routes, airports, and major resorts in the Pearland/Houston metropolitan area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable customer service orientation.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a chauffeur for a luxury car service or resort.
- Defensive driving certification.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic applications.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
