Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient support to Netflix members via phone, chat, and email, resolving a wide range of inquiries.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
- Educate members on Netflix features, services, and new content.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
- Document interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments.
- Stay up-to-date with Netflix product updates, content releases, and service changes.
Required Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in navigating computer systems and basic troubleshooting of common technical issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Empathy and a genuine desire to help customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role.
- Familiarity with streaming technologies and various digital devices (smart TVs, gaming consoles, mobile devices).
- Experience with CRM software.
- A passion for movies, TV shows, and entertainment.
