Job Description
Are you a highly organised individual with a passion for fitness and excellent administrative skills? We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Fitness Admin to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing booking systems, coordinating schedules, and providing essential administrative support for our fitness programs and client interactions from the comfort of your home. This is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual services and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain online booking systems for virtual fitness classes, personal training sessions, and workshops.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes via email and chat.
- Coordinate trainer and instructor schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and availability.
- Process new client registrations and assist with onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure data privacy compliance.
- Generate reports on booking trends, client engagement, and service utilization.
- Assist with the preparation of virtual class materials and communications.
- Provide general administrative support to the fitness operations team.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in booking and administrative processes.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in using online booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Acuity Scheduling, Calendly)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel/Sheets)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving aptitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role within the fitness or wellness industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Understanding of basic fitness terminology and operations.
- Experience working in a remote team setting.
