Job Description
Warner Music Group is seeking a highly energetic and organized Music Video Production Assistant to join a fast-paced set for an upcoming music video project. This is an incredible opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of music video production. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-pressure environment, is proactive, and possesses an unwavering commitment to supporting the production team in every capacity. “Subito” means immediate start for this critical, on-set support role.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the production team, including producers, directors, and crew.
- Assist with on-set coordination, ensuring smooth operations, adherence to schedules, and effective communication.
- Manage and organize production equipment, props, and set elements as directed.
- Run errands, pick up and drop off equipment, supplies, and talent as needed.
- Assist with craft services, ensuring food and beverages are available and organized for the cast and crew.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on set.
- Support talent and crew with various requests to ensure their comfort and productivity.
- Handle petty cash and reconcile expenses accurately.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, as production schedules demand.
- Basic understanding of film or video production terminology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (even volunteer or intern) on a film or video set.
- Familiarity with the music industry or music video production.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Knowledge of local production vendors and resources in the Pasco County area.
