Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Short North, Columbus. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone with no prior experience in recruitment but possesses a strong desire to learn, grow, and achieve. You will be instrumental in sourcing top-tier talent, building candidate relationships, and supporting our senior recruiters. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate suitability for open positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and role specifications.
- Manage candidate communication, providing timely feedback and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment activities.
- Actively participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
